My digital art is not as good as it should be, because I do not use professional-quality art software. I make all of my creations with GIMP. Although GIMP is a very good application, it does not have a few advanced features that professional software has. Considering the limitations I work within, my work is not that bad. If others find my art enjoyable, that is all that matters.

My water colour paintings are not great, but I have added a few to my gallery anyway. Why not? :)

My gallery has photographs I have taken in China, because I have been living here many years and taken thousands of photographs in that time. So I thought I should share a few of them.

For the fave on Byodoin Temple - Kyoto.</B> This Buddhist temple in Kyoto, dates back to In 1052. Basically, it's a 1000 year old structure. I love the contrast. I rode two subway trains and took a short bus ride to get there. Buddhism and Shintoism exist not only side-by-side in Japan, people see no real conflict between the religions. There were, of course, some conflicts, but nothing like the wars in Europe and the Middle East over religion. It's a stark contrast whereas in the Christian/Judeo/Islamic traditions, they kill each other over minor differences in dogma.

Indians' beliefs are also inclusive. (Except those that have adopted Islam of course, but they adopted a foreign way of thinking.)
