Description
A line drawing with colour-fill using GIMP. (Yes, everything is done with pixels. Very time-consuming.) I tried to give the picture a three-dimensional look by using several very similar shades of the colours.
I love the Romulan bridge from the original series. It is compact, unlike the sprawling bridges on Federation ships. Having the bridge officers close together would also make communication easy. There would be no need to yell across a spacious room.
The real Star Trek bridge was a litte bare though. So I took the liberty of making a few modifications:
The big round knobs on the central station have been replaced by buttons and small monitors.
Computer screens have been added to the walls.
Computer interfaces have been placed beside the entrances
